Home Ownership: Who Benefits?

Learning Disability England, BILD and Valuing People Alliance are looking for success stories to include in Helping People Thrive, the first of two planned practical guides looking at how to transform the lives of people with a learning disability and/or autism who have been detained in hospital or in Long Term Segregation for too long.
If you (or someone you know) have been out of hospital without readmission for more than a year, they would love to hear from you about:
How did you decide where to live?
How did you decide who would support you?
How does your support help you live your life?
What do you want to do next in your life?
