Having a disability (excluding you from paid employment) should never stand in the way of having your own home or living the kind of life you really want to lead. These simple beliefs lie at the heart of everything we do.
Making them happen might seem like an impossible dream but it isn't. We really do know how to turn hopes into homes and we've already helped over 1,500 people buy a property that they can truly call home for the rest of their life...

Don't need a mortgage to buy a Shared Ownership home? You'll still need our help.
If you have a disability but don't need a mortgage to buy a Shared Ownership property you'll still need to go through some comprehensive eligibility and affordability checks. We'll efficiently carry these out on your behalf before submitting them to the Housing Association/Developer that's selling the property you'd like to buy and then, once you're living in your new home, we'll also be on hand to help you to apply for, secure and, crucially, retain your housing related benefits.
